Since you all are ignorant yourselves how about a little lesson on what carbonara is...if you took the time to look up the defiinition of what it actually is you would see that it includes pasta, eggs, cheese, bacon/panchetta and some sort of fat which would either be oil, butter, or cream. Plus, all Italian recipes are not set in stone, there are vatiations for every region of Italy...sad that there are low lives who are quick to use vulger language for something so innocent, get a life
