@GoldenCremeEgg Although you may have fixed it by now, got to run and type in %appdata%. Then open the .minecraft folder and then open the saves folder. Drag all the folders in that folder to your desktop. Then, get back to where you were after typing %appdata% in run. Then delete .minecraft and open up the program Minecraft. Click on options and then on "Force Update". After that it should say "Will Force!". then open up .minecraft again and drag the save files from your desktop in the saves

This does not mean that mods will never work for you, but that in following this process you have deleted anything you have added to your minecraft.jar.
