It's hard to imagine those things weigh more than some of my friends, man. How did you make them?

@Jerails I am not skilled enough with metal working to make those! They are powerblocks, the worlds best dumbell ;) You can expand them up to 130 lbs each. Pricey, but I will be lifting for the rest of my life so it's a life long investment for me.
