Fraps does not cause this if your computer is not terrible, also hint, don't record loading screens / cut them out with editing.

@bloodernax ah dude,that totally sucks.. you should try to upgrade your pc if you have a desktop.. if you have a laptop u can upgrade it too with laptop parts, but if im not wrong i think they cost more then desktop parts(not sure though) or u can just buy a new laptop/desktop..which i recommend if a lot of requirements are too low :)

Great game btw, i personally have a shit graphics card(its still good enough though) so i have to play 800x600 minimum/low settings or 1024x726 minimum settings :(

There is one thing a don't like about that game : vehicules and civilian AI. You can't shoot through windshields, you can jump out of a moving car without falling or sustaining damage, and if a car just barely touches you, you die.

Civilians are stupid, they never try to flee or to get back at you. So on that level, it's far from, for instance, a GTA IV, unfortunatly.

@StormWolf01 Well think about this for a sec. There are only 100 players allowed per Action District. You know the reason behind that? Simultaneously running are 4,000 cars and over 6,000 civilians in ONE district. So if you wanna play on a district with only 30 players and advanced AI, let me know. Cause what they've already done to this game is unbelievable. (No, I'm not trying to start a flame war...)

@ZombieGamer63 I am not asking for advanced AI, just for a little bit better AI. Implementing a simple behaviour such as "civilians running away from gun fight areas" is not something that is demanding at all. It would not have an impact on the computational power needed to run the game, server side.

I agree that the game looks awesome, and i plan on buying it, but the few improvement i'm talking about would be cheap to implement so i don't understand why they haven't done it already.
