There is no sense in trying to "disprove the role" of any god in scientific process, and no, physicists are not losing their skepticism of religion or gods just because they can't explain these things very well yet.
To insist such a thing means you don't actually KNOW any real scientists or how the sciences are studied. It isn't about "answer it now or god did it." Its about gaining knowledge, even in cutting edge fields, without making ridiculous supersticious assumptions.

Studying quantum mechanics and physics and other such scientific studies are not about disproving anything, they are about GAINING knowledge, and putting it to good use for manking.
You may take the process personally as an attempt to "disprove" your preferred god, but that would be an incorrect personal assumption.

Whoever said creationism and evolution is incompatible is right because creationism relies on life's creation being known from a story of creation (like adam & eve) whereas evolution relies on evidence, analysis and so on and usually always (surprise surprise) nothing like creation stories.
I don't want to presume your ignorance on the subject but infact there are a substantial amount of people (a few friends of mine included) who really believe in Noah's Ark and whatnot. There are even people who try to back this up with "science" though it's skewed horribly of course.

There is no sense in trying to "disprove the role" of any god in scientific process, and no, physicists are not losing their skepticism of religion or gods just because they can't explain these things very well yet.
To insist such a thing means you don't actually KNOW any real scientists or how the sciences are studied. It isn't about "answer it now or god did it." Its about gaining knowledge, even in cutting edge fields, without making ridiculous supersticious assumptions.
