Definitely the best jam i heard lately. I totally dig the acid mood and slow beatz. Awesome bro and im a little bit jealous about this lovely modular ;)
interesting... I listen to plenty of old-EBM (early/mid-80s) but here I was going for a sort of experimental acid Analord-style - never occurred to me that there was anything EBM-ish going on here... but hey, a DAF comparison is cool with me
Sounds really cool! Well done! Always wanted a TR 808, but they are way too expensive for what I feel they are capable of. Retro prices, gotta hate them.
Well luckily for me I've had my 808 for 15 years or more, so I didn't pay too much for it ($400 - which seemed pretty top-dollar at the time). But even at $2000 I think they're worth every penny. Forget about what they're capable of, it's all about THE SOUND.

Could you rig a 303 to make it midi compatible? Or is that not a wise thing to do?

Hi Jason,

Hi Roland,
Great name BTW... hehe
Thanks for the compliment! I also have a Jupiter 4, as well as a ProMars, and these are 2 of my favorite synths for sure.
My Radio:
Korg Lambda - pad/string intro
Korg MS-20 - various white noise sounds
Moog Prodigy - mid-section bassline
Roland Jupiter-6 - all other synth sounds, including main bassline and the synth melody in the chorus
thanks,
Jason/Solvent

Hi Jason,
thx for reply, you have some nice instruments.
I also remember the times of Jupiter 8, but too expensive for me in the 80s.
Anyway, great stuff, keep on doing this!!
PS: my utube name is really unique ;-))
