What is this movie all about within his angry girlfriend & the handphone girl ?

uhm , so the girl with the mole lives in his cellphone , and she can see all the pictures and IMs he sends. When he throws his cellphone against the wall , she came to life to try and get him back together with his angry girlfriend. He ends up falling in love with her , but they can't be together. The song's name , you can hear it , is about the girl being able to hear every picture and IM he sends. In the end , the girl is found (no mole) in the shopkeeper of the carousel he wants to buy.
