It just did a loop went back bombed a thousand terrorists and shoot down 60 drones and bombed a US aircraft carrier got shoot down after the US used satelite lasers and 600 missiles plus 50 000 bullets fired from ships miniguns. I believe it was hydraulics malfunction. A mild port bank after pulling up turned into a horrible overbank at such low altitude.

At about 300 knots, this must have happened so fast that they couldn't even touch the ejection handle

@KernelThread Actually, if you look at the precursor to the crash you will see his wings sweep aft, he pitches nose up, the aircraft begins the "speed bleed", and a high speed stall occurs as he attempts a high G barrel roll to the left.. No failure here other than the pilot asking to much of his aircraft at too low an altitude and too low an airspeed for the sweep of the wings!!!!!

@datzfast The Mig-23 has some very bad handling habits with the wing swept. The aircraft is equipped with rollerons, not ailerons, speed brake on one side air deflector on the other. Watch the video very closely at nose pitch up and at the initiation of the maneuver. You will immediately see the aircraft begin to slide due to the ineffectiveness of the rollerons. The aircraft mushes through the top of the barrel roll, the nose falls to the horizon and the ground is too close for recovery.

I have witnessed this crash with my own eyes. I am very sure it is the right video. It is not complete though, After this maneuver the jet descended rapidly headfirst to the ground. There was no fire or anything before the jet plunges head-on. I believe this turn has contributed to whatever followed next . It is extremely hard to recover from this at a very low altitude. May Allah bless the souls of of the two brave pilots. They died for us at LAVEX 09.

I believe they never wanted to make this roll. Clearly the jet experienced very catastrophic failure and they decided to pull left away from the residential area. At this time while they are turning away, the engines just went dead and they couldn't do anything about it. Observe the heavy smoke from the engines before they gain a little altitude and turn left. Yep, I have no doubt that we do have best pilots...
