Do you have to always go back to listening to the CDs to continue the self -hypno process? I made great initial progress after several weeks but then I could not find the time to listen anymore and I seemed to slip back to my old ways...except for one habit which I definitely kicked!!!

Immoral people don't last too long, anyone can abuse power. I guess its a moral thing. I have a reputation to be concerned with, and there is that thing called Karma.
