Not having enough water to go around has always been an issue in California. Thats why we keep resovours on our family farm. I understand the frustration of central and southern california farmers but the problem here isn't Obama, its lawns, pools and the wasteful water habits of California suburbia. LA and San Diego residents need to come to terms with the fact that they live a desert and plant drought resistant yards.
