There are many exhausts that look like this - similarly shaped muffler and a diagonal exit. Mine is an Apexi GT-Spec and looks pretty much the same as this. There are also no doubt many cheap copies or custom exhausts that look similar.
While I will agree that Supras *can* sound awesome with the right mods, they definitely don't sound like this just by sticking a large exhaust on them! This car no doubt has large cams on it which is what gives you the "burbly" sound, and a harsher edge to the exhaust. With the stock cams it's a "flatter" and sort of bassier sound. Still sounds good, but nothing like this!

I'm guessing you like the Ricer Whistle from HKS unit as opposed to the Tial BOV? I'd stick to Tial's unique sound or sards flutter.
