I'm sorry, but I simply cant agree. How many times have I heard the phrase, "get those butterflies all flying in formation"?
The reality is, you create those butterflies by engaging in behaviors that most people have done since childhood. You can change those behaviors quite easily, and never deal with butterflies again. PublicSpeakingSkills(dot)com
