I got this laptop, I had no problems until now since i have installed windows 7. this laptops heats up way to fast now.. even just browsing the internet it heats and if i play games like mw2 i could probally cook few eggs on my laptop. Need a solution

Had bought a new cooling pad last month which already got spoilt because of the extreme heat generating.

i have the same one, and i got windows 7 it performed noticeably better, also if you get a stand that raises it off the desk and promotes airflow itll perform much better, i use the griffin elevator stand for a mac and its a dream

I bought that back in March. I liked it so much I almost bought a second one. I hooked up a 23 inch HP monitor to it. Its been a great starter pc for me. A great value.

That is also one of the drawbacks of this gaming computer it doesn't have a illuminated keyboard, but hey it is a great deal for being only $1000 dollars. considering the graphics card it has.

if you just bought this computer recently then it should have a free upgrade to windows 7. Although if you bought it refurbished you probably don't have a free upgrade. Windows 7 is excellent I have gained a few extra frames with windows 7. Vista sucks they really improved with Windows 7. What store or online website did you buy this computer from? If you got the free upgrade I can give a link to get it.

they are good. the quality doesn't suck but it doesn't sound like an expensive surround sound home theater system either. The level of loudness is pretty good, it can can get to the point that it bothers your ears in a quiet room, i dunno how they sound in an noisy environment.
