Dark song but I liked it, if the rest of your CD is upbeat it might not be a good fit for it. The lyrics are good and the message strong. Good job on it.

I miss seeing your face and expressions as you sing. Kind of a dark song, but definately a favorite for me! And definately needs to be on the cd!!!! You asked for my opinion and I am stickin to this - you have so much talent both as a song writer and singer/musician!!! MIke! This is one of the best songs I've come across on this here youtube! My hat is of to you on this one bud! In places it feels like a cross between "thunder rolls" and "the ride" but I hate to make the comparison because frankly your writing here takes it a totally unique direction... I think this song is just great.
