Guys, also keep in mind that this is clearly a person who plays a Ret paladin regularly on the live servers -- note that the player has Teir 6, along with a Shivering Felspine for a weapon... ie, the polearm that drops from Sunwell. Not everyone will put out this much damage on their ret paladin, and believe it or not, all other classes are also putting out large numbers right now. Everyone is doing more damage, but do get used to the idea of Ret paladins being competitive in DPS.
we get a new talent where you get 30% of your ap turned into spell dam plus it also gives us or friendly players a hot on them based of a critcal for 60% of the healing done ret tree is now a true hybrid tree

1 min long the cooldown is also still 1 min but in pvp it only lasts 10 secs but it only lasts 6 secs on live anyways its win win!
