Economics is usually over complicated..... Take Keynes or Adam Smith. Many have tried to come up with this ideal system and it seems the world economic model is failing more and more each year. In life you get three kinds of people. Those who fight for wealth and power, those who fight for humanity and those who give a shit about neither. One thing is clear that what ever system we have, it is mental torture for those struggling on the wrong side of it. 3.4 billion people in the world starving!!
Get rid of the Bank of England and the government, and let us all declare that money has no value. It is just a piece of paper that means nothing. It is debt paper. This monetary system is extremely corrupt in and of itself. We need to get rid of it altogether and move towards a RESOURCE-BASED economy. Look up "The Venus Project" for more information regarding how much better our future (and the way society runs) could be.
I do think there has been a mass awakening over the past few months, but we do have a long way to go. We will get there, we must get there or its slavery for us all.

You talk about creating money but what you don't understand that creating money is not the same as creating wealth. Money is neutral. It's not becuase you create money that you can fund schools (to use your example). You need wealth to fund schools. All you're doing is create an ILLUSION of wealth ie an increase in nominal weath which is offset by inflation.

@RainstormGB Quite the opposite, he is outlining how simple YOU are. Money is not just a piece of paper, it represents an amount of the UK treasury. The amount of paper money in existence represents the value of the gold reserve. Did you not think to learn basic economics before ranting about such complete nonsense?

just to add to what RS has said , not only are the politicians in the backpocket of the wanks , oops I mean banks. But the fiat system inevitably means that once you start on this road, there's no turning back - you have to print more and more that's why inflation is a constant problem.
It made me laugh all those economists predicting economic growth in the UK (using government released statistics), and them ALL being wrong.
Surely they must now see that their predictions are turning out to be flawed due to the information (government statistics) they are using to create them.
