I can't believe I was 3 when this song came out! Sometimes I found myself longing for some good ol' hk pop songs, even though I listen to mostly english songs. This is easily one of my favorites! Thank you for composing such great tune for all of us here to enjoy!

It's so great to actually have the composer to chat with us. Mr. Yung thanks for giving us such a memorable song. I'm so sad that Hong Kong music industry has gone all the way down since mid 90s. I'm the one who should thank you for digging out this page and actually listen to the songs. I don't have too many Cantonese songs on record... only about 33, in my opinion most of them are ruined by terrible lyrics or murdered in the hands of some incompetent arranger at the time, but now that I'm fast approaching 60 and looking back on it, having retired from the music scene since the early 90s, I am thankful for the opportunity to at least let a few of my meagre efforts be known.

@suminexsan I did, but they always say my tunes sound too 鬼佬, hence in 1986, together with my good friend and fellow composer formed the duo "齊成 TsaiShing" and released two albums of our own material with their original English lyrics. You can find a separate youtube page for our band, just copy and paste the name above in "search" above. Hope you like the songs there. Matter of fact, I prefer those to the ones here... anytime! haha

Yung Ka Sai, I really like TsaiShing's music. Went to Canada in 1978 and a friend brought me into TsaiShing. I'm glad he introduced your music to me. I still have the casette tape but the sound quality is really bad now..........

Great song. I like it better than the other one which is a cover version of a Japanese song (誰令你心痴). But the matching is a bit odd because Leslie was too beautiful to match Eliza. That was a problem. It was always unfair for female singers that nearly all of them looked like a big sister or mother beside him!

You are the composer of this song? This is my all-time favourite canto-pop song. It's so melancholy and the arrangement is beautiful. No one can intepret this song better than Leslie and Eliza.
