For those who are confused, this is just a poorly planned joke. There isn't anything about kids in Billy's Wiki page. Later that day Billy brought up a different kid and said the same thing. It was supposed to be funny but it was just awkward and confusing. I hope this clears it up.

if it's real, then that's sad, especially considering the whole thing about how he didn't know he had a son until that moment in time.

if this is a joke, and the kid is getting up on stage saying "you're the worst dad"... then it's not a very well-thought out joke.

this whole thing is confusing, and either way it just makes me think billy's lost it a little bit. still have a big place in my heart for his work, though, i just hope he's okay now.

It just doesn't look or sound believable enough that it's really his kid, and plus there's no information about him online about him.
