Well it would depend on the angle of contraction created and its affect on stimulation. We have also posted other variations as well, and you can check them out
Given the versatility of these functional training cable units, would there be any added benefit in terms of biceps stimulation by executing these while supine from multiple angles- arms straight out, inclined back toward head, and inclined down toward feet? While it may not rob much neural drive by holding the arm out, I am just curious if the added stability of being supine would be beneficial or if it would actually make this less effective than a standing version.
