Thats not the IP of the computer which sent it (although that message was probably typed by a bot) The IP you found was the E-mail Server, so he could actually still be in the UK but i do indeed doubt it.

But then to be sure i send myself a message to my inbox and noted down the ip.

then i went to command promt (DOS) and checked my ip and there it showed different ip.

So i think the ip we find from the mail in this process is just a fake ip.
