This is an interesting map and I expect some great games form it in the future, I'm glad they chose it because it is so different from what there was last season.

I got a question though since this map has 2 stories - know that attacking form below to high is a 30% miss rate - is there an even higher miss rate when attacking from 2 levels up?

no the miss rate only looks for high ground how high* that ground is makes no difference

for a clarification starcraft is a 2d game that is given a 3d feel by fake-depth (shadows/'high' ground) the edges of the terrain have triggers in them to make ground range units have a chance to miss when they fire across it but only 1 such trigger can effect each unit at a time
