I am struggling with negative thought patterns in my life, and they are afecting the thing that is most important to me: my relationship with my boyfriend. I love him very much and I want to learn how to think more positively because it is not him that is making me unhappy - its me. I liked the video alot! Just everyone hope that I can learn to be positive again!

Hi! Thank you for writing. I wrote a bit about this in my 'blurb' on the right,it is under my name. I talk about it there really, but basically some very sad events made me into such a negative person and this went on for years. It got to a point where my health was suffering so I had to say 'enough was enough' and change the way I think!
