You are most generous in your video response. Thank you. It was one of several I watched before subscribing to you. A most interesting and wonderful interpretation of Vivaldi's winter. An absolute pleasure to watch. I'm really looking forward to spring! ;)
It's a 'Jane' magnolia that was developed to bloom in late Spring after the danger of frost has passed. It is also hardy to zone 3. Jane will also continue to bloom lightly in the summer. Ours is over 20 years old and has probably done better than most because of the fence. Hard to find, but flourishes where others won't.
Well...I just mentioned it cos my Magnolia seems to shrivel in the cold...not thriving..god..I CAN'T BELIEVE WE ARE TALKING Magnolia...seems like a gardening channel...lol
LOL@us! Well spring is coming. It was just luck that we bought a Jane. None of our neighbours are having much luck with theirs. From you vids I know that you have an extremely green thumb, so it must be the tree's fault. ;-) Ungrateful tree.
Ha! I wish I had 1/4th of your way with words! Love to watch and listen to you speak. Informed, intelligent, and so totally creatively articulate. LOL embarrassed yet? I could go on...
LOL I'm just someone who does read instructions. ;-)
Lovely indeed. I am sending you "my" winter as a video com. My spring is not quite ready yet, but it won't be as bucolic I'm afraid!

Nice to see it melts at least once every year so things can grow. I liked the comparisons.

LOL Just wish it stayed melted longer than it does. Thank you.
