I remember that moment, the last of our once brilliant army, reduced to 6 troops, me, the colonel, major Graff, and some others, we salute as we know the end of the pork army is near, we fight till the end, though porky is as good as dead, the pigmask commander is, and i being the highest ranking alive pigmask took over, but this moment I will never forget. We gave up soon after and started anew.

thats y Dr Nadonatus felt bad for Pokey (original name from EB), becuz Andonauts is a good person, along with Lucas and the rest of the gang.

When u do start hating, u become a monster (like how Claus went after the Drago, then got turned into a slave-killer)

But Lucas didn't go after the Drago, and instead helped free her from pokeys reconstruction.

Look, I feel sorry for him too, but just looking at the way he acted at the start of Earthbound, I think that the only way his parents knew how to make Porky mind was to beat on him until he learned. I'm not saying they were right, but he was an obnoxious brat, and nobody but Ness liked him. All it took was one little suggestion from Giygas to convince him that Ness had turned on him, maybe when Ness left Onett.

The unused Porky death sprite is a real tear-jerker for me, thanks to this music. It's simply tragic how he reaches out with his hand just before he dies, as if he realizes the only thing he every truly wanted was friendship and to be accepted, and his malicious methods for trying to accomplish this have resulted in the exact opposite: Instead, he dies cold and alone, with a body aged far beyond it should have been, and the only people he could ever have considered friends long dead.

I think its a good thing itoi changed the main theme of mother 3. This one is nice but the theme of love is way better. But it is very sad he didnt use this song at all...

There are so many secrets about mother 3 that got made during its development and removed again in the finished version

Even Porky had a desire for love and acceptance, which is probally what resulted in his road to evil. And THAT boys and girls, is why I feel bad for the pigmasks and their leader, the great King P.

Look around on youtube. You'll see the unused sprites. Porky Got into a sort of escape pod, but something happens the glass on the front explodes and porky is lying inside, and his arm goes limp. I'm glad they put him in the absolutely safe capsule.

Like all characters in the entire series, porky aswell wasnt really evil he just corrupted due to Giygas influence and felt intense lonelyness and missunderstanding which caused him to hate everyone and everything. Killing Porky might have felt satisfying for some players but wouldnt have been right. It was also not possible to save Porky. So the absolutely safe capsule is the best end thinkable for Porky to my opinion.

This is a pretty good song. I think I heard something about its intended use before somewhere. I've listened to it a bit, seeing as I put it in a game I'm making. (Mother 3 Prologue and extra stuff). Tried to used some of the good unused music. Some of it, like this, is pretty good. I liked the part of 16 melodies, too.
