  • @PWRRMW91 It's not that I care what they think really, it's that I think it's funny. Go do some sideways lunge walks and step over invisible hurdles in the middle of a busy public park or by the front window of a busy restaurant and tell me that's not funny.

  • Nice! Diff looks like a gr8 warm up. Will do! Shits no fun when I pulled my psoas..lost alot of hard earn body weight from tight hips, due to not properly warming up. Thanks for the video!

  • Yes, good way of doing interval training in your back yard. So I can lose a lot of calories and only doing short burst. No exercising for hour and longer.

  • I teach bootcamp and find these excercise to be very helpful in me using new material.

  • Also i'd say try to take longer rest intervals. I usually walk back to the start very slowly until my breathing has normalised. Interval training for weight loss has been found to work better with that recovery period. Of course you can make it harder too by just thrashing it. Spring 50m Walk Back x 10 Sprint 100m Walk back x 5. That usually make me good for the day.

  • I've done sprints outside and out workouts in general for around 5-6 years, way before it become the trend that everyone raves about now. I found no one looks at you funny, maybe the odd weirdo sitting on the park bench, but thats about it. Also if anyone does look at you funny, then bugger'em. Their the ones who probably feel insecure about their bodies and probably can't even be arsed to go down the gym. Your the one outside enjoying fitness and life. So take the higher ground, and just ignore

This guy is one of my favorite trainers because he is realistic and understands that to become healthy (and shredded), all you need is your own bodyweight and willpower

  • I really dont care what people think when I warm up but ya do get assholes saying crap! Usually dicks who will be 16stone before theyre 20yrs! I am lucky cuz I live next to a big park but i wish I could afford heavier weights! Can you get bigger muscles with bodyweight exercises though?

  • That's definitely a fat burning workout but the number of calories burned will be different for everyone. It depends on how much you weigh, how hard you push yourself, current fitness level, etc.
