I loved all the Hubbards and Martins. This was my favorite segment of the episode! By in the day, I loved Jesse and Angie, Greg and Jenny, and Cliff and Nina.

i can't believe they snubbed Tad and Dixie who were part of AMC for about 20 years...in this [the love] segment as well as other. basically to pimp most of their recent/upcoming ones! i especially was disgusted w/ how they had Tad hint of he/Liza. they have all the time afterwards to do that....they didn't need to do that for this episode. *ugh*

@tenilove24 according to the laws of the SAG ( Screen Actors Guild), anytime the footage of an actor is shown without their consent, their entitled to a fee. that's why you DON'T see any footage of other big characters like Dixie, Leo, Vanessa, and Anna Devane because the actors who played those characters have to get paid for it.

i get that, but i still don't think that was the main reason it was done because if so, then how come they did show plenty of footage of Dix in the loss segment? i mean even if they couldn't show them, they could have had Tad talking about their love & it especially didn't make sense for OPAL not to mention them. i think it was painfully obvious, they just wanted to pimp Tad/Liza [as well as Adam/Annie and Ryan/Erica]. something which could have been done afterwards...there was no need for it!

if they showed some footage of Dixie, that was because she took part in this anniversary special where the producers were able to get her consent or pay her for the little footage that was showed. Apparently they didn't pay her a lot to show her face very long but that's just how the acting biz is. everything is always about money rather in the philosophy of properly paying homage to all of the characters that made AMC a pop culture phenomenon .

Angie and Jessie, Greg and Jenny, Nina and Cliff had the best marriage relationships on the show! I loved every one of them! I also loved Noah and Julia and Zach, Haley and Mateo and Zach and Kendall!
