Don't want to be mean but....before making pitches about intercultural awareness training, it would help for the presenter to improve his public speaking skills. This pitch is so flat, badly delivered and clearly screen-read, that it would likely put any potential customer off training from Kwintessential for life. And frankly, it makes an exciting subject rather boring. This videocast is actually likely to negatively impact your sales - it would be better not to screen it.
I'LL have to agree. Although I really like Kwintessential's website, I was slightly disappointed by this video - I started losing concentration after about 40sec.
