@Svninja10 His results are good, i'm doing it myself at the moment. But, as a X'er yourself you would know that more than half the program is nutrition. In order to get bigger muscle gains you need to feed your body X amount of calories while on this program. It's not always about how hard you work, it's also about what you feed yourself. You can work out as hard as you humanly can, but not see muscle gains if you don't eat properly.

tip. I noticed you are not aligning your body correctly while doing pushups. Please make a straight line from the legs to the shoulders, you arch your hips up a lot. This can cause severe back injuries and deviations.

@choboko If someone is serious about losing weight and gaining muscle they can and do have time to set up a plan and meals adequate for the results they want. 7 meals a day with a high amount of protein is not a hard task or an expensive one. Protein powder is far more expensive than a couple of kgs of lean meat that would last the same amount of time as the protein, but some people might choose to drink a protein shake because at a certain time of a day they might be to busy to eat a smallmeal.

Well, that just made my decision not to get P90X! I'm naturally skinny as well, and probably put on 3 times as much muscle in the same time just by lifting weights for an hour every other day. Maybe P90X works for fat asses, but you need to eat more, lift heavy and get enough protein if you ever want to get past flyweight. And put some shorts on already - no need to gay up your video by wearing just your underwear.

I would recommend taking a weight gainer supplement or at least whey protein and creatine. Look into either Syntha 6 protein/creatine or the new BeyondRaw Rebuilt Mass is a nice one. Thats what im using now.
... i think there is about 180 days in between your "p90x 90 days"... after i looked at the date of the photos. day 75 technically, does tat mean only workout days are counted? how bout recovery days..
My first round was back in september 2009 but I fell off the wagon at around day 45. I did a full round of P90X from Jan 2010 to March 2010 without missing any days at all. The Day "75" picture you say was before I finished my full 90 days in March. It was around 15 days left before I would have been done. So its basically 75 P90X days plus 45 on again off again p90x days in september.
Nice work i can see the change in muscle and overall body definition but i damn eat more and gain some weight :) I'm doing p90x now and i'm a skinny guy so i feel you i eat about 3200 calories+ per day it's been 3 weeks and i went from 130pounds to 143pounds i hope to get around 160-165 later on. Good thing i i gain about 2 pounds per week so it's steady and my bodyfat stays pretty much the same so i think my gains are mostly muscle.

@choboko No this is how your comment was typed out, "7 meals a day is cheaper than having a scoop of protein" you will not get great results with out constant consumption of protein multiple times a day over a 5 or 6 day period while your muscles are recovering from a workout, protein shakes in the long run are more expensive. You can not just have one protein shake a day and expect great results with out a proper diet.

@choboko If someone is serious about losing weight and gaining muscle they can and do have time to set up a plan and meals adequate for the results they want. 7 meals a day with a high amount of protein is not a hard task or an expensive one. Protein powder is far more expensive than a couple of kgs of lean meat that would last the same amount of time as the protein, but some people might choose to drink a protein shake because at a certain time of a day they might be to busy to eat a smallmeal.

@choboko (cont.) but you can not just drink protein all the time because it would be very VERY expensive and you can not survive on protein alone you need to eat normal healthy meals anyway so you may as well just eat the meals instead unless you have no time and 80% of white males can not digest whey protein so well so 7 small meals a day with high protein is the cheapest and most healthy choice.

Well, that just made my decision not to get P90X! I'm naturally skinny as well, and probably put on 3 times as much muscle in the same time just by lifting weights for an hour every other day. Maybe P90X works for fat asses, but you need to eat more, lift heavy and get enough protein if you ever want to get past flyweight. And put some shorts on already - no need to gay up your video by wearing just your underwear.

u guys keep complaining about how he didnt grow. he def did. its way harder to gain weight then lose weight. u can lose 20-30 lbs if ur trying super hard in 1 month and u can gain 5 lbs of muscle weight at max in one month (almost no one even gains that. its more like 2 or 3). so this guy did pretty well. good job man. keep up the good work!!

Wow, this is amazing and so inspiring. I just finished my first week of P90X and Im 16 years old. I weigh 110 pounds and I'm concerned that I will not see results unless i put on weight. Do you just recommend taking a weight gaining supplement like you did? Is that enough or do you also need to eat a shitload of food? Today I ate alot but I dont have a weight gaining supplement. Do you think it is essential for a person like me to take that with P90X? Nice job man, I can't to be ripped!

I would recommend taking a weight gainer supplement or at least whey protein and creatine. Look into either Syntha 6 protein/creatine or the new BeyondRaw Rebuilt Mass is a nice one. Thats what im using now.

My first round was back in september 2009 but I fell off the wagon at around day 45. I did a full round of P90X from Jan 2010 to March 2010 without missing any days at all. The Day "75" picture you say was before I finished my full 90 days in March. It was around 15 days left before I would have been done. So its basically 75 P90X days plus 45 on again off again p90x days in september.

Nice work i can see the change in muscle and overall body definition but i damn eat more and gain some weight :) I'm doing p90x now and i'm a skinny guy so i feel you i eat about 3200 calories+ per day it's been 3 weeks and i went from 130pounds to 143pounds i hope to get around 160-165 later on. Good thing i i gain about 2 pounds per week so it's steady and my bodyfat stays pretty much the same so i think my gains are mostly muscle.
