Hey can you tell me what the workout was that you did for that? I'm 6'4 and 180 and my BMI is almost exactly at the average so I feel I dont have much if any fat to lose but I have a lot of muscle to gain
It's actually not if you know what you're doing. Can someone continue to gain that much mass every single month or every two months, of course not! After 90 days, I hit my peak of 30 lb. of muscle, which is close to my genetic maximum.
@MrFutbol4life -- Thanks but I did document my transformation and kept careful records and a body fat analysis with measurements; plus I do this for a living and my name is on the line. I actually hit 35 pounds of weight gain and I attribute only 5-8 pounds as an increase of fat and water gain.You can see the link to my before/after transformation within the video description.

@extremeburn It's most likely an increase of glycogen- body fat and water. You look good though.....
