My mom was born in Canda, which is kind of UK'ish haha - especially when compared to the USA.

It's interesting that Paul is what we call in the US a 'Time GEEK..' I would never have pegged him the type. Of course, the whole GMT/ Greenwich Mean Time archetype is kind of quaint by today's standards. In the US, all you have to do is go to time d-o-t gov and you get the precise ATOMIC time by zipcode.

OTOH, I think it's great that he's a stickler for being on time. It's a great tradition over here too! haha
