Good video. When the chain of command fails under 1950s conditions, whoever sees himself at the top would make the "executive decision". But what would happen now? The Civil Defence sites are sold off, unusable or abandoned. "Fitting in" is all but taught in schools. An attack or meteor strike now would first of all pose a question nobody can now answer: "Who's in charge?" We live in interesting times...
