@RebeccaXBianca It's not the high heels. The problem with these shoes is that the soles don't provide enough friction - they're hard rubber, plastic or even wood and that makes them slippery. It's the same reason that Hyuna slipped off the stage. If they would make high heels with soft rubber soles, then she wouldn't fall. And also while practising they're wearing casual shoes which have enough friction and when she made that move, she just didn't expect it that she would slip.

Bora was behind her (the blond girl) when she fell/slipped so didn't see her fall. Plus they usually keep singing. The person who falls/trips/makes a mistake usually collects themselves and gets back in sync with the others. Little different this time since Bora hit her head when she fell and couldn't continue and everyone stopped when they realized Bora was actually hurt.

When Han Seungyeon of Kara tripped and fell. The others kept singing. Seungyeon got up like nothing happen.
