what do you mean when you describe "doing a little calligraphy work." ?

i watercolor but i dont know this concept and ive never done calligraphy to get the point of this description, thats why i am asking.

@felren13 Usually calligraphy refers to variations in line work; thin/thick, straight/curved, long/short, etc.

You are too advanced (and too quick!) for me! But maybe someday I can keep learning and try to paint something like this. It's wonderful!! What's so amazing about your painting and others I've seen is that the simple things, like doors and windows don't have to be squared and perfect. They look great if they are not! I don't get it---it's like watercolors are magical. Or is it your technique? Please make more vids, teach me more. I am only a novice~~ still painting blue skies, lol.

Would you say this to a person face to face? If not then reconsider before you post. If in fact you would say this face to face with someone then I pity anyone who has to put up with your obvious lack of social skills.

Love your technique and style. Will have to give it a try. All the use of white /negative space. Don't care much for painting to all the edges with color but would rather let the subject sort of float.
