Useless and overpriced. They better start offering internet connectivity on their flights soon.. It's 2010 and still you have to sit in the plane for hours without the ability to connect with your business or friends.. How hard can it be to provide this as a service..

Geez...first of all, I dare most people to justify the silly costs of true first class. It simply isn't worth it. For most folks, business class is a good enough comfort. And KLM is smart, eliminating first class makes it more profitable for them, and more business class seats means more money. KLM's business is definitely one of the more reliable and practical, like most European business classes, the rest of the world tends to take the upper classes to excess.

pretty standard as far as executive/business classes go. you should see air canada. it's really funky. each passenger gets not a seat, but a pod that turns into a bed.
