Check Connor's arms when he is doing pull ups. Although his elbow are fully extended his arm appear bent. This is a structural phenomena that we see in about 5-10% of our young athletes.
I disagree... if you notice when he first grabs the pullup bar his arms are straight with full extension... he is cutting the ROM by keeping his arms flexed. He can get straighter but fails to do so on every rep after the intial one. He's still a beast no doubt.
