Why does the "tourists" sound like they are Swedish when they speak English? And the sound is a little too good to be real... But its nicely done, and a funny idea.

There is acctually a flying boat (or more) flying around in the Stockholm Archipelago. Although that one is equipped with a hangglider and an engine. Looks kind of cool when flying by on like 1,000 ft. Maby this is some kind of advert for that kind of activity although this advert was maby made with a tiny bit of irony. The site shown in the end is a sort of activity site where you can do alot of special things aranged by that company.
