For sound use the Eternal SPU Plugin 1.50, if you get cracking or popping then set to SPUasync, Smooth with a buffer of 32. If that doesn't work try the Iori or P.E.Op.S. sound plugin.

@bestbyng rename the long file name to(anything).rar i dont know why the uploader choose to name it randomly wihout any exetension.

Ok, I got it all to work now, but I have a new problem. I have downloaded a game and it appears as an audio file, which is labeled as a .rar. What do I do?

@KyoMao .rar is not an audio file (your computer may have .rar tied to some audio program by mistake)..you may want to google "what is rar" if you really dunno what a .rar is lol

@jeffthecoder I know what it is. It wasn't tied to an audio file. I figured out the problem after spending five minutes to think about it.. however, the game I wanted to play anyway doesn't work for some unexplained reason. It works on ePSXe but the keyboard controls don't work, and it refuses to run on PSXFIN. That sucks a lot, seeing as that was the reason why I went through all this trouble. But I wont give up yet. I will get my game to work, damn it!

@KyoMao if you have a .rar file u must extract the files using a program called winrar so you can use its contents.

@XlightlegendX ill give u a hint: use nosound. itll work better than peops sound. trust me. for some wierd reason, when u use peops, itll do that, but if you try nosound, u wont hear psss and sound will work fine.

@pivotgodxd If you dont mind, I would like to add that you should definitely give google a try when looking for specific game configs. This video is an awesome starting point but some games will require special game settings in both the video and audio configs. It's a pain but its well worth it, especially when you see what pete's ogl can do. Happy gaming and great video OP

@sultros I understand what you mean. I was recently going on a nostalgia trip and downloaded Silent Hill, but the settings were a bit strange so I had to find the right settings and everything and now it works fine :D Thanks for your help :)
