actually its going to be a bit different this year.. were still having the same characters.. but someone else is taking over this year and the theme is nightmares and the origins of an Incubus.. things that kill you in your sleep. For the most part the theme this year is all Freddy themed.. Making all your worst nightmares come true.. with the help of his 2 friends.. jason and leatherface..

Actually, Myths and Urban Legends is Hallowenn Horror Nights 18 in Orlando florida. Orlando used the Newline characters at the Carnival of Carnage last year (2007). This year (2008), the New Line contract is still in affect and is being juiced for its worth, and will be ued in Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood.

Orlando, and Hollywood are two different places, two different Universal events.

So let me see if I got this straight. In Universal Studios Hollywood, it'll still have Jason, Freddy, and Leatherface themes, but it'll focus more on Freddy Krueger because it's nightmare based. While at Universal Studios Orlando, it'll be Urban Legend things and such. Am I right, wrong, or somewhat on the right track?

John murdy.. good friend of mine and does a good job of explaining a little bit of what its about.. not too much though.. can't give it all away.. you gotta go to see it your self..

last year when the "Big 3" were at HHN Orlando, there was no man focus. Is was a Carnvial led by a recurring icon Jack the Clown, who used Freddy, Jason, and Leatherface as his side shows. Now HHN Hollwood is using the big 3, but without Jack..so IDK how they are doing it. But the Myths and Urban Legends is the them at HHN ORLANDO, not Hollywood. =)

according to wiki, there is suppose to be a maze based on Child's Play, The Mummy, The Thing, Hellraiser, and Halloween plus The Caretaker from the Orlando event is hosting the Terror Tram and also says that they are bringing back Beetlejucie's Graveyard Revue

although it be great if Universal did this, I highly doubt any of that is true plus I couldn't find any of this info anywhere else

they have more room then they let on, there adding 1-3 houses and the reason the orlando one has so much room is they use the lines to attraction as houses the reason they havent used them yet is so they could out do themself year after year so it wont suck after the 2nd year and the freddy jason and leatherfaces are not gonna be the same maze think of it like a sequal to the mazes last year, they might even switch the location of each maze, plus they change HOH every year

The Freddy maze in Orlando was pretty amazing, and it was ALL themed. Even waiting in line was amazing, but longggg.

I went to the one in Hollywood and the effort that was put into those attractions just topped anything that Universal had done in the past.
