Thanks. This was a getdown in honor of the memory of Christopher Fuimaono, the son of Junior Boogaloo. Chris died in a tragic car accident back in June. We had this getdown in his honor and to raise money to help Junior pay for the expenses.
The Homeland Popshop happens every Monday night from 8:00pm to around 10:00pm at the MacArthur Park Homeland Center in Long Beach, CA (at the corner of Anaheim St. and Gundry St.). However, due to recent violence in the area, and changes in the directorship of the center, the popshop might not be happening anymore. So if you're gonna come with a group, I'd do it soon...
