Optimizing Images for the Web - PNG Style

i know this video is old, but it doesnt let me save it has PNG! please help (PNG isnt an option for ways to save it, and im using photoshop 5.5)

@crabboy100 I don't think PS allowed the saving of PNG if you are using 5.5 (not CS5.5). I've not had a chance to look at CS5.5 yet - but I would think it should be about the same. I'm about to get CS5.5, and will look at that for changes, and do new videos where needed.
