  • that deer is demented!!!

  • Great song. First heard it recently on the sountrack of the Italian film Il Divo. The whole soundtrack - like the film itself - is terrific.

  • Ah I wanted to watch Il Divo. I missed it's cinema release.

  • El Beener?

  • Why did I get a thumbs down for that?

  • the green chupacabra's tenderness got beth in love.

beth your voice is always a pleasure!.

  • Thank God for Beth Orton Brains beauty and talant all rolled into one. Thanks for posting Im hanging with the fun guys Cue up Beth Orton I feel like dancing

  • I love this song...

  • This would have been totally brilliant with the original muppet band - sad thing is they would have been onboard.

    God rest Jim Henson.

Good song. Great even. Puppets are sub-par.

    sad.

    All my love Beth.

    EdShift.

  • I love Beth Orton. Central Reservation was classic. Sweetest Decline, She Cries Your Name bloody wonderful tunes.

  • This is like a bad trip from a very boring person. OMG the deer is scary!

  • Hi Mea.

  • tactictoe's comments... ROFL.

And the James Blunt thing... Oh dear, too funny!

So for this actual song, I rather like it - its of the style of song that I usually end up listening to for days on end. Then never listening to again because I've bored myself to hell with it. But its not that good.

Oh well, I might myspazz her to see if shes got anything better.

  • Something fundamentally weird about people who seek out videos on youtube of artists they hate just so they can slag them off in some self righteous outburst.

Why not do something more constructive with your time like...a fearsome wank?

As for Dido, yeah she sucks but thats got nothing to do with social class you inverted snob.

    Power to the people indeed.

  • Well,

    1. I didnt seek this artist out, it was in the related videos column, just to the right of the comments box, so that poo-poos your 'im a niihilistic hater' insinuation.

Im not a hater, check out my channel before you levy such a charge my way please, id rather listen to jill scott, erykah badu, or at the moment amy winehouse(damn that girls got soul in her voice).

  • Ew, Amy Winehouse? What a slag!

  • Have you had her?

  • Admittedly my comments are somewhat caustic, but her voice is reminiscent of someone who is PERMANENTLY menstruating, not for me ta! And the swearyness is my right, and i shall exercise that right as and when i please. Dont take it to heart, just out of interest, have you named yourself after the doctor who character?

    AMASTE.

  • And were it not for Dido's social status she wouldnt have had Bob hope of getting a singing career. Please dont deconstruct my comments unless you plan to do so with eloquence.

  • Ha. Look at you with your poor spelling and improper use of big, fancy words. We are all very impressed. You are a cunt; now fuck off.

  • All i can see is that i put an extra i in nihilistic, shit mate the proof reader was on his lunch break. If you can provide an example of improper use of grammar i will indeed, fuck off as you so eloquently put it.

    Have a good one gdog1212!!

  • Made me smile =]

  • haha

  • I saw her in concert, she is great...

  • At least Dido can sing in tune D:

  • Dido is an upper class piece of shit who sings songs for people who will never ever ever ever ever ever ever truly get in touch with their emotions. The same sort of people that listen to James Blunt actually.

ANYONE WHO IS A FAN OF THE AFOREMENTIONED NEED TO BE FLAMETHROWED TO DEATH, OR AT LEAST UNTIL THEY CRISPY.

still, i shouldnt be to upset, cause fans of these middle of the road twonks are the ones who are missing out.

  • Haha, I agree 100% on the James Blunt thing. He's terrible. Quite like Dido though. Each to their own, I suppose.

My taste in music usually veers towards very different fare however.

  • looks like one of those shows that kids watch in the morning

  • She's no Joni Mitchell - the record producer try to sell her as such. More like elevator music.

  • I'll second that. Bless her for trying though.

  • This song is so boring.

  • aww nice song :)

  • Beth rocks, shy girl really but, sweet and funny, yeah daybreaker is poss strongest release but, easy listenable album this one,,

  • Great tune! I live in the UK but I can't remember this being released... I must of been listening to better music!

  • "Released in the UK on 30th January 2005"

and it's still only got 6 comments?

  • Added: October 29, 2007

  • oh, right. no wonder, then.

  • Dont like it, it doesnt have much meaning for me

  • Like the song, but this video just creeps me out for some reason.

  • This is a great album, but my favorite is still Daybreaker from 2002.. Paris Train and God Song are unforgettable. Pass in Time is a great one too. This new album Comfort of Strangers is fantastic too, especially Concieved, Absinthe, Feral Children and Shadow of a Doubt. Listen to all and enjoy..

  • She's very good. Her voice reminds me of someone else, but I can't quite place it.

  • Maybe james blunt, though I feel it is important to note again what a wonderful performance this is. Blunt doesn't even compare.

  • pearl jam lead singer, obviously different pitch but same characteristics

  • Eddie Vedder? he's a legend.

  • Great Song, I Was The First To Listen, But I Doubt I'll Be The Last. Your Sounds Are Fresh And Summery =] xxx
