this is totally doing my head in...I get stuck when I copy the layer and create the alpha channel. my image has areas that are faded too and i want to show those areas as semi transparent in the final tga file but I must be missing something because my final tga file is showing no transparency at all.
@moopy201279 Did you make sure that when you created the layer that the background was transparent? Can you point out the time in the video when I gave a step that didn't work for you. Also, in what way is there "no transparency at all"? Do you mean that there is absolutely no transparency at all, or that it's the semi-transparency/fading that's not working?
My alpha channel's all black? What am I suppose to do?
