ALL Mamiya 645 'S PRE digital models will accept film backs.
Currently it appears that only the 645AFDIII
mamiya-usa. com/645afd-iii.html
will accept film and digital
Note that these cameras in the film days were workhorses so if buying use Only buy one that looks like it was rarely used.
