The portage from String Lake to Leigh Lake is just over 100 yards, slightly up hill. I doubt there are potties. The back country campsites are pretty remote. Check at the Moose or South Jenny lake vistor's center when you get your permit.

Very good. How long is the portage and is there a potty at the group site. We have a reservation there this summer.

Great video! This brings back fine memories. You might want to hang your food up in a tree away from your campsite. I saw bear and large cat tracks around there.
