Dani owned!! The only reason she didn't win in season 3 was because they showed some of her diary room entries in the Jury House. (which just about anyone would consider unfair) After she lost, they decided not to show the diary room material (at the Jury House) in any other season.

They didn't have a jury in BB3, it was just that all the houseguests went home--so they got to see all the shows.
