  • @mbrls just work your way up with the weight. You can do it with anything: kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, etc. You can also try cleans and snatches although those are very very hard.

  • Impressive. Should this be done with a light weight ( 10 lbs or less) or regular size ( my kettlebell is 35lbs)?
