Are all your characters good? Can you like use all the buttons with all your chars? cause when I had this, I had crappy chars that only used 2 action buttons, like Deidara from Naruto, or Bart Simpson, how would i know if i'm downloading a good char or not? please answer.

Its kinda luck. A lot of characters are crap and your gonna have to get used to that cause a lot of people post crappy characters that they think are good, but are really not. So just download them and then check them. If the character is good, keep it. If not, delete them. Sorry I could not be of more help.
