So make sure you select 25fps!

The Media-convert web site he mentions is great. It's FREE and can do up to a 200 mb file. So what if it takes a while to convert the file...go do something else while it's converting it. Come back, download your file, and you're set. It takes 3 to 5 minutes for a 10 mb file to upload, convert to .avi or .wmv, and download again. Works perfectly for me.
