The next character to show is going to be Sheeva sometime next week, and they will most likely reveal Smoke the day before the game releases on monday.

Its on mulitple fourms and such, but it logically makes sense to reveal smoke last since he is one of the most unknown confirmed hyped characters. People already know Sheeva's fatality and such through Hector's interviews a couple days ago. But no one really knows how smoke will look and play, unlike Sheeva where she is confimed as a grappling-like type character. I have a very strong feeling that Sheeva's video will be next and Smoke's will last, the day before the release.
