@PSpriteNooB Ah yes, well, you need to purchase the game from the App store in order to play all the missions.

It doesn't give you all the missions on jail broken phones. Thanks!

Some times (not often) there is a little bit of a slow down when there are lots and lots of large explosions on the screen at the same time, but other than that, performance is nice and smooth even on a first gen iPod Touch (which is what I have).

There is also a setting for draw distance that you can play around with.

Looks real fun to be honest , but does it lag at all? , i have the 3rd gen ipod touch so i wanted to know if it plays smoothly

IMO this game is just awesome. If just you could add some character appearance customization (face style, skin color, armor, you know things that make good RPGs); improved graphics and animations; and of course a better background (not only a black something), I'd even pay 10 bucks for it.

i have to say , the art sucks big time , i jsut hate it , specially the main character

but man , the gameplay is sick , if you gave more depht to the game and bettered the art or graphics, it would be top in the appstore

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, better art would be nice. It works for what it is, but it doesn't offer much other than just "being there". If I make Caster 2, I will definitely give the art an overhaul.

Well, there is an update coming out very soon with new maps and a new character. But yeah, Caster 2 would have some super sweet animation and character art. Thanks!

Pwnage! Finished the game 5 times (3 on hardest) and i still love it! I once just kept on making mountains the whole landscape was flat... Took me 1h 15 mins (no i'm not a freak!)

Ha ha. That's what my daughter likes to do in the game. Make "ponds" and "mountains". Glad you like the game!

this game is five dolars on steam(in case you don't kno steam is a pc gaming store ). its even better

The only problem is you have to deal with Steam. Good games there, but I don't like having to connect to the internet to play single player games.

I got this game and I love using the eruption thing, making giant mountains and destroying people from above...It would be cool if there was a water or lava attack, so you could use blast and make a hole and fill it up with water or lava lol

also maybe there should be one level where its just a terrain with no monsters so you can have fun with the attacks.

I just purchased this game three days ago. It is extremely immersive. Movement is a joy. I particularly like the way the ground shakes from the impact when you land from a high jump. Would be cool if this dealt damage or had a knock back effect! The weapons are great, though once you aquire Seeker, fighting goes from challenging to more trivial, as targeting is no longer an issue. Keeping track of enemies(flyers) can be a chore. Music and particularly sound effects are STELLAR! My best app. TY!

There is opportunity to develop furthur puzzle elements with the terrain transforming attacks. Tunneling, pushing a ball that rolls with physics/gravity, etc. The open landscape gives a feeling of freedom, and touches on a yearning in me to run, jump, exude raw power. Landmarks for points of reference on the map would be good. The single best thing you've done is capture a unique feeling, while keeping design elements relatively simple and non-cluttered. Well done.

Caster is now available on iPhone! There is a free Lite version as well so you can try before you buy.

As far as the "kool, but pointless" comment... well, let's just say the point of the game is to make you feel powerful...

If you do not feel super awesome and powerful after having completed the game, I have failed.
